Celebrating with a Free Flow Fiesta
The celebrations are centred on a unique four-course tapas menu, and thanks to the incredible distillers at Patient Wolf, the menu comes paired with bottomless bespoke, signature gin & tonics. If you are looking for an even more enjoyable celebration, there is an option to switch up those G&Ts for paired gin cocktails instead.
For the food connoisseurs, the four-course tapas menu has been crafted to offer rich Spanish flavour and fare. Starting with the staples including olives, pickled guindilla peppers and white anchovy the menu has something for everyone.
The second course features semi-hard 12-month-aged Manchego and sweet quince for the cheese lovers, and Catalan fuet salami with white bean and cornichon and seared scallops paired with tomato sofrito. As if that wasn’t enough to get the taste buds going, the menu also includes Sorolla’s striploin steak paired with vibrant, pickled salsa verde for a fresh kick, broccolini and nasturtium leaves.
To wrap up the afternoon, there can be only dessert to toast this birthday, the humble Spanish hero – the churro. Accompanied by a chilli-chocolate sauce and salted caramel, this finish will ensure an unforgettable fiesta memory.

This month-long celebration at Sorolla restaurant to celebrate AC’s 1st birthday coincides with World Gin and World Tapas Days, two days that almost anyone can get on board with. The celebrations are happening every Saturday between May 27 to June 17, that’s right, every Saturday.
