A Docklands signature venue, Archer’s is a refined fine dining restaurant serving elevated Australian fare with flair and provenance. Designed by DKO Architecture, the hotel’s signature restaurant is nestled within a vaulted cellar-esque ceiling reminiscent of Melbourne’s historic bridges and train stations.

Inspired by locally sourced and selected Victorian produce, Executive Chef Head Chef Matthew Haigh brings his experience and personal passion to the execution of Archer’s Mariott Docklands menu. A steadfast commitment to sourcing excellent local produce is the inspiration behind every dish.

If there is a better way to spoil Dad, then we want to hear it! We hope you enjoy this incredible menu at Archer’s Mariott Docklands and be sure to keep up with our Melbourne What’s On calendar of events.
