In January 2024 the team at Gin Palace are taking their chance to do some renovations of their space, but rather than deny Melbournians their incredible menu they have teamed up with Victoria by Farmer’s Daughters Melbourne for a summer takeover.
Located at the scenic Federation Square, Victoria by Farmer’s Daughters Melbourne offers patrons an incredible view of the Yarra River with January one of the best times of the year to visit. This January, things will get a little spicier on the Terrace Bar with Gin Palace taking up residence for select dates in January to celebrate Victorian ingredients along with the team at Victoria by Farmer’s Daughters Melbourne.
The residency will run from 5pm until late on:
- January 18 – 20
- January 25 & 26 and
- From 7:30pm until late on January 27
What to expect from the Victoria by Farmer’s Daughters and Gin Palace union?
Victoria by Farmer’s Daughters in Melbourne was already offering peak dining experience and views of the Yarra, so things can only get better. The menu takeover on the Terrace Bar by Gin Palace offers revellers the chance to experience Gin Palace’s meticulous flair for cocktail craft and hospitality this summer.
The focus will be on the incredible Four Pillars range of homegrown Victorian gins, with the Gin Palace team curating a bespoke cocktail menu with a dash of their usual nostalgia and cheek. Cocktails on offer this summer at the Terrace Bar of Victoria by Farmer’s Daughters Melbourne include:
- Gin Palace Martini with Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin and Maidenii Dry
- Victoria Bespoke Martinez featuring Four Pillars Classic Dry Gin and Animus Rogue Vermouth with an orange twist and
- Victorian Sbagliato made from Four Pillars Negroni Gin, Marionette Bitter Liqueur with pineapple infusion, Dry Sparkling wine and a pineapple garnish
Gin lovers won’t want to miss this incredibly unique and refreshing cocktail menu this summer. Along with a mouth-watering cocktail menu, Terrace Bar’s bar snack menu will be on offer featuring their classics such as the Potato Rosti with Cured Bass Strait scallop and cold climate avocado, and BBQ lamb chops with mountain pepper mustard.
As if that cocktail and food spread wasn’t enough, a rotating line-up of live music will be there to entertain you as you indulge in the summer sun and vibes of Melbourne’s incredible cityscape.
