Archer’s Restaurant

The Whisky Experience
After the success of their last whisky experience, Archer’s is hosting a rotating series of four local distilleries and pairing them with a menu curated by Archer’s Executive Chef Ryan Flaherty. Ryan is one of the best chefs in the city having worked previously at The Fat Duck and Stokehouse. Each of the four collaborations will see you enjoying a distinctive and delicious one-time menu designed by Ryan to pair beautifully with each of the distillers on show for that evening. Whether you are a fan of the particular distiller of the night or you simply just love all whisky, you’ll want to secure your tickets as soon as possible.
